Vote Our Way (“Vow”) is designed to operate as an independent expenditure-only committee (Super PAC) workflow: user funds are pledged against vote outcomes and, after a roll call, allocated to independent expenditures supporting or opposing federal candidates based on how they voted.

Vow does not contribute funds to candidate campaign committees. Vow does not coordinate with candidates, campaigns, or political parties regarding expenditures. Paid communications will carry required FEC disclaimers.

Contribution eligibility: only U.S. citizens and permanent residents may pledge. Foreign nationals are prohibited. Corporate/union soft money rules for Super PACs apply when those donors are accepted — counsel must approve donor classes before production fundraising.

This software is a product prototype. Entity formation, FEC registration, banking arrangements, and committee counsel must be completed before accepting live political funds. Nothing here is legal advice.
